Jack’s noteworthy experience in development leadership roles with major cultural institutions brings important expertise to the Bentz Group where he has served as counsel since 1988. His past positions include vice president of development, Lincoln Center Incorporated; vice president for development and marketing, The New York Botanical Garden; and director of development, The Museum of Modern Art.  Jack’s particular areas of strength, enhanced by a seasoned combination of marketing, advertising, promotional, and fundraising skills, include capital campaigns, annual giving and membership programs, and exhibition and program funding. Before focusing exclusively on development, Jack held senior positions at Ted Bates & Company and McCann-Erickson, Inc. In addition, he has served on many non-profit boards including The Children’s Aid Society, Harvard Club of New York City, and the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He is a graduate of Harvard University.
