In 1980, Charles Bentz, our founder and current chairman, established Charles H. Bentz Associates, recently renamed the Bentz Group. Since its creation, our full-service firm has specialized in fundraising for cultural institutions of all types and sizes, with a particular focus on capital and endowment campaigns. It is important to note that throughout our history we have advocated for including an endowment component in capital campaigns. In fact, we have never implemented a campaign without one, and our clients have benefited greatly.

In addition to our depth of experience, the Bentz Group is best known for the high-touch approach that is our hallmark. Our firm’s size allows us to be flexible and nimble–we bring together members of our team seamlessly to maximize the range of expertise they offer. Most importantly, we understand the ever-changing philanthropic landscape in which all non-profit organizations must operate.
